President Trump was in court on Monday as New York Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Trump’s trial would begin on April 15th. This start date is curious as Trump’s SCOTUS hearing on presidential immunity is April 25th. Trump has a constitutional right to attend that hearing. How is it possible for Trump to attend court in NYC and D.C. on the same day? Also on Monday, in a separate ruling, the New York Appeals Court lowered Trump’s bond to appeal Judge Engoron’s ruling from $454 million to $175 million. When a reporter asked Trump if he would take foreign money for his bail, Trump said, “No, I do not do that.” This was a fascinating question. It seems Letitia James is violating Trump’s 8th Amendment rights in an attempt to create another Trump-Russia hoax. Like clockwork, the Biden-Harris X account attempted to use the question to develop a Trump-foreign bail hoax. Monday showed just how fair the Left is willing to go to “get Trump.”
President Trump said that it was “not fair” for his trial to start in the middle of an election. It is also important to note that Trump has a SCOTUS hearing on April 25th. Trump’s April 15th trial date in New York will prevent him from attending his SCOTUS hearing. Trump has a constitutional right to attend both of his court events on April 25th.
Trump also said, “Biden can’t win an election because of the borders, because of energy prices, because of inflation, because of Afghanistan…So what they do is they do election interference.”
The most powerful moment of Trump’s press conference was when he said, “It’s a DISGRACE what is happening in our COUNTRY! WE have to get our COUNTRY back—and we’re going to get our COUNTRY back, that’s what’s going to happen—November 5th will be the most important day in the HISTORY of our COUNTRY! ”
Another interesting question came when a reporter asked Trump if he would accept foreign money for his bail. Trump replied, saying, “No I do not do that.”
Following the question, Loomer Unleashed’s Charles Downs pointed out, “This was a very interesting question. It seems Letitia James is violating Trump’s 8th Amendment in an attempt to create another Trump-Russia hoax.”
