Special Counsel Robert Hur, who investigated Biden’s documents scandal, refused to answer Loomer Unleashed’s questions on Biden’s mental fitness to serve as President of the United States. In his report, Hur declined to charge Biden with mishandling classified documents due to Biden’s “mental state of willfulness.” Either Biden is too mentally incompetent to be POTUS, or he got away with it because his last name is Biden. American voters are entitled to an answer to this vital question. The Left’s hypocrisy on this issue is blatant as Biden’s DOJ charges President Trump with “mishandling classified documents” despite Trump having the power to declassify while Biden did not.
As he entered Tuesday’s Capitol Hill hearing, Loomer Unleashed asked Robert Hur, ” Mr. Hur, do you believe Joe Biden is mentally competent enough to be President of the United States?” Following his refusal, we asked, “Does Joe Biden have the mental capabilities necessary to serve as POTUS?” Hur refused to answer that question as well.
In his report declining to charge Biden for mishandling classified information, Hur wrote, “Many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him[Joe Biden]-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. We conclude the evidence is not sufficient to convict.” It’s alarming that Biden is too mentally incompetent to be charged with crimes yet can continue to serve as the President of the United States.”
